This 40's two piece jacket and dress set by the brand Bess Diloff is constructed of a black pure silk fabric. 
It features a high neck dress with a fitted waist, bow detailing on waist, pleated / layered pencil skirt, zipper closure on the back of the dress, and a pleated/ layered crop sleeve open jacket. 
Flaws: small tear on collar of jacket.
