The hat is decorated with a soft velvet & grosgrain bow around the crown, a velvet polkadot veil & a mini rhinestone bee on the brim. This style of 60s hat is meant to sit high on the head. The inside tags read, "Mr A Hats, New York", "Richard Healy Co., Worcester". Flaws to note: There are a few very minor pulls to the veil.
