1990s Chetta B Off the Shoulder Flare Bottom Silk Dress

This 90s gown is constructed of black silk and has boning in the bodice.
It features an off the shoulder cut (please note that the straps could not be modeled off the shoulder since the mannequin does not have arms), ties on the sleeves, a fitted bodice and waist, a flared mermaid hem on the bottom, and a zipper closure on the side of the dress. 
No notible flaws, in great vintage condition.
