  • Have any questions about your order?
    Please send all questions over to shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com and we will try our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

  • When are my items shipped out? (Day/ time of the week)
    Items are shipped out within 5 business days unless stated in specific item descriptions.

  • How are my items shipped?

    Domestic Shipping
    All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS and come with their very own tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on order total. Orders are shipped within five business days from when you placed your order and usually take up to 7 business days to reach their destination.

    International Shipping
    International shoppers! Interested in an item on our online shop? Please contact us individually at shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com about the shipping rates for different items. 

  • How do I track my order?
    Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan. If your domestic shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please feel free to email us at shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com

  • What if my package never comes?
    Paper Doll Vintage is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping agency to make claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.

  • What if I want to exchange my item(s) for something else?
    If you have an issue with your order please email us at shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept requests for refunds. Exchanges can be accommodated within 5 days of receiving order -- Garments and items must have shop tags still attached.

  • How will I know what condition my vintage item is in before I purchase it?
    The condition of  each vintage piece is noted in their individual descriptions. Vintage items & garments are sold AS-IS unless otherwise noted. If you would like further pictures of a specific vintage item please email us at shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com.

  • How do I care for my vintage items?
    For any questions on individual vintage item care please send us over an email at shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com or call any of our vintage boutique locations for more information!

  • Do you buy vintage on consignment?
    We generally don't do purchasing from individuals and source items ourselves. But if you have a large lot of items you think we might be interested in please send us over some photos to shoppaperdollvintage@gmail.com .
