1940s-50s Best Co. Sequin Feather Hat. This beautiful hat features a sequin encrusted hat adorned with black long bristle-like wispy feathers. The inside contains a grosgrain ribbon. Flaws to note: The feathers could use a little reshaping and the metal hat wire has poked through the back. Very wearable as-is. (Please see photos). Sold as-is.
