1940s Jumbo Lucite Rhinestone Belt Buckle. This beautiful buckle can dress up any outfit! It features a dark black shiny lucite inlayed with a single row of rhinestones. The back of the buckle has two clear lucite belt loops to thread fabric through to attach as a buckle. This piece is in excellent vintage condition and has no major flaws to note.
