1970s Bill Blass Blue Layered Maxi Gown
This 70's maxi dress by the designer Bill Blass is constructed of a bright light blue chiffon fabric.
It features a layered construction; the base of the dress is strapless with boning, the second layer is the sheer bodice with sleeves, and the final layer is two pieces of fabric on either side that drape behind the dress, acting as almost a shawl.
