1920s - 1930s John Fredericks Inc Black Wool Velour Feather Detail Cloche Hat. This beautiful hat features a soft wool velour material, metal pendant accent & feather details. The hat is shaped with a low front brim. The interior tag reads “John Fredericks Inc, New York, Made In America”. Flaws to note: Feathers are a little fragile and dry.
